Power Off, Reboot, iMessage Text to Aid iOS 8.3 Jailbreak for iOS 8.4 - Interestingly, late last evening a string of text went viral that causes an iOS device running 8.0 or higher (including iOS 8.3 and 8.4 beta 3) to appear as though itâ€™s rebooting when a SMS text or iMessage is received containing said text. At this point, chances are good youâ€™ve likely either heard of the aforementioned iOS glitch or experienced it firsthand. Apple Releases iOS 8.4 Beta 3, iOS 8.3 Jailbreak or iOS 8.4 - Today, as the majority of iOS 8 owners await the creation a new utility to liberate their devices and jailbreak iOS 8.3 (the current latest public firmware), Apple seeded the third beta iteration of iOS 8.4, being 8.4 beta 3, to registered developers. The new developer-exclusive release was issued two weeks following its predecessorâ€™s appearance, with todayâ€™s version also available to select pre-determined public beta testers. iOS 8.4 beta 3 carries a minor build number revision over its predecessor of 12H4098c, versus 12H4086d, suggesting very slight revisions when compared to the second beta.
