iOS 6.1.3 Released, Jailbreak Details - Following the release of iOS 6.1.2 exactly one month ago, today Apple has released iOS 6.1.3 to the public for the following iDevices: the iPhone 5, 4S, 4, 3GS, iPad 4, 3, 2, iPad mini and, last but not least, Apple’s 5th and 4th generation iPod touch models. The new 6.1.3 firmware was issued to bring minor improvements and bug fixes to iOS, including a cure for the lockscreen passcode security bug and additions to the Maps app for Japanese users. Similar to iOS 6.1.2, today’s 6.1.3 release is on the smaller side of firmware updates, coming in at either 18.2MB for the iPhone version or 31.7MB for the iPad edition of iOS 6.1.3 for Apple’s over the air (OTA) update.

Unfortunately, as we’ve previously mentioned, planetbeing revealed that the beta version of iOS 6.1.3 patched at least one of the five main vulnerabilities utilized by the evasi0n jailbreak, thus compromising its ability to function.
